I have two old orders that I still show open items on. Please let me know what you can do to straighten these out. Hopefully these are not ones that I have already asked aboutI believe we were shorted on these. It is very difficult for me to keep these straight having paid up front. Normally with domestic suppliers we work on an open account terms basis and it is easier for my shipping receiving people to keep me in the loop on errors or shortages. Also on invoices or shipping documents that we receive from you are not referencing any of our purchase orders part numbers. There has not been a shipment that we have received that also had a packing list with the shipment.

不知楼主能否在仔细点？因为信息太少了。比如您和客户的关系是什么（按照我的理解，应该他是购买方）？已经发货了么？采用何种支付方式？之前有过怎么样的信件往来？要是只有一封信的话，很难理解啊。

译文：事实上，我们这边也尚有两份未结清的订单，不知您是否有什么意见和建议，能够帮助我们解决这些问题（若先前已经询问过，还请原谅）。对于我们来说，要将这些已经预先付款的订单清算完结是很困难的。请恕我直言，我们在资金周转上有点困难。因为，通常来说对于国内的供应商我们是采用挂账（赊账）的方式来展开合作的，所以这就很容易让我们在收到货之后就陷入资金不足或者无法周转的怪圈。另外，之前从你们那里收到的发货单（发票）和货运单据并不能和我们的订货单上零件的编码（型号大小 或 号码 或 数量......）相对应，并且装箱单上指示的货物我们并没有收到。

1.他全额付款给你，你却不能及时交货。这使得他缺货，同时也难以对账
2.对于你要求全额预付表示不满。
3.你装运单据上不显示订单号，部件号，不易核对，包装时也没有装箱单。

哦，对了，有一句话我不太明白，原文中说it is easier for my shipping receiving people to keep me in the loop on errors or shortages，如何翻译成“这样如果出现交货短缺的情况，我的收货人员很容易及时通知我”？我有点不太明白。字面上的理解就是“我的收货人员很容易让我处于错误和短缺的圈中”。

keep somebody in the loop 表示沟通的时候把某人包括在内，如发邮件时，抄送一份给你，这样你知道事情的来龙去脉。
On errors or shortges 这边ON后面修饰的是哪个方面。
