首先，这是信函，不是打电话，所以介绍你自己不能用“This is”，另外信函最好用规范的语言，如please不要简写成pls，另外还有一些单词错误和短语错误我也给你改正过来了。另外要注意英文书信的格式要顶格写，不要空格。我水平有限，这些仅供你参考。

You have not made any mistakes. So you need not say any "Sorry".
As it's the first time to mail your customer, your mail should be simply written. Just stating the fact clearly is okay.It is not necessary to say too many words like " My honor, Sorry etc".
Put it simply and you'll be fine.

In this kind of e-mails, no need to be very polite, just make it simple and directly to the point. At the ending, if put REGARDS AND BEST WISHES. It would be better, I think.

前不久也刚好发生在我身上，不过还好大部分跟加勒比商人的话语差不多。可是为什么客户都没有回复我呢？是不是客户觉得工作伙伴的变更会影响到后来的往来呢

我的客户也没有回复。我采用的邮件基本和tuyongliuxia建议的差不多。不过我这几个客户也不是什么很大的客户，也不是我们关系好的客户。要不，公司也不会交给我吧。等待中，还需要努力去争取。
