我们公司的业务员突然生病住院了。客户那边在催样品。样品本来是上礼拜要做好寄出的，可到今天还没寄出。公司里又只有一个业务员，老板让我假装成另一个业务员回信，推说工作还没交接好。内容大致是 你就说karen突然生病住院了，工作上没有来得及交接。在她没来上班期间，由你暂时接手她的工作。关于你们打样的事，我需要先了解一下进展情况。我的英语不怎么好。求福友修改，感激不尽！
I' m sorry but karen are sickness in hospital , and the handover work was not finished. now i will take over her job, about your samples, i am not very clear, so it is need some time to get things clear.
If any inconveniece, I am so sorry for that.
