请翻译如下：由于这些型号比常规型号生产的程序多至少二道工序，而且要全部检查才能打包装箱，生产效率非常低。从而导至工人的工资下降，他们非常不满意，因为我司是按件记酬。现在工人要求加薪，否则大家都不愿意做这些型号。更重要的是也因此拖慢了我们整个工厂的生产周期。

please be noted that we have no choise but to increase the quotation. because the low production efficiency which caused by compliex procedure and inspection has made workers unsatisfieed due to the decrease of pay( the workers are paid by the piece). Now our workers are not willing to proccess this types unless increase the pay and which has delay our all production cycle.please be kindly understanding.
