The party unable to carry out it obligations under this contract shall immediately advise the other party of commencement and termination of the circumstances preventing performance under this contract.The Force Majeure (Exemption) Clause of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC Publication No.421) is hereby incorporated in this contract. Internationally recognised causes of Force Majeure, such as civil commotion, riots, strikes, lockout, acts of God, wars, blockade or other causes beyond Seller’s control shall be considered as cases of Force Majeure for which Seller will not be held responsible for late delivery or non-delivery of goods. Likewise, Buyer shall not be held liable for non-performance of the contract due to such Force Majeure conditions. If such events prevail for more than 90 days, either party has the right to declare the contract null and void with neither party holding the other responsible for any losses it may sustain. The party unable to carry out it obligations under this contract shall immediately advise the other party of commencement and termination of the circumstances preventing performance under this contract.A certificate issued by the Chamber of Commerce of the country of the producer of the goods in this contract shall be considered sufficient proof of Force Majeure conditions as contained herein.

当一方当事人不能履行其在合同约定下的责任时，应该立刻通知（直译：另一方开始的当事人和终止的环境）意译（我觉得）：就是比如你是一方当事人，你要通知另一方当事人和另一方当事人中同样和这个合同利益相关的当事人。。。）终止在该合同条件下的行为
