Prior to completing the order, we will require full specification of the following machines in order for us to submit to the government hereby following regulations. The document/ manual/ catalogue will need to contain absolutely everything in regards the machine. I have been told we would need to explicitly mention absolutely everything in terms of the components that come attached as part of the machine, i.e. cables. It is to comply with import regulation to bring in only the items that have been previously specified into the country.I would assume you might have dealt with a similar scenario before so hopefully you will have some insight on what we require from you.
