前因后果:客户发得货没有提前寄提单,下周要用了,昨天刚寄出来。 HS编码没和我们商量,就写了,但他回复是货代自己加的。发票装箱单内容一直不按要求改。回复说装箱单上需要的所有信息都包括了,今天经理说我们自己改装箱单就行,让问一下他们把提单寄给哪家货代了,收件人是谁,
下方是我的回复:
I want to confirm that what’s the name of the carrier company, where is the address and who is the receiver. Besides have you just sent the B/l or including invoice and packing list. This time it may be in the storage tolerance of the harbor if no emergency happens. But we still hope that you can send them in advance next time .
We will change the invoice and packing list by ourselves this time, we hope that next time you can make them according to our requirements. Besides, could you ask the carrier company to delete the HS code in arriving notice?

语法都没啥问题,就是表现出来的气势比较弱了点。如果你占理的情况下可以不用那么多的语气词,客观为主
