ABC acknowledges that the EFG CO., LTD has a body of valuable confidential information, including but not limited to technical or commercial know-how, specifications, inventions, processes or initiatives which are of a confidential nature (“Confidential Information”), which ABC shall be given access to in order to assist in complying with its obligations under this Agreement. ABC agrees to treat such Confidential Information secret and in strict confidence and not at any time during the Term of this Agreement or thereafter for any reason disclose to any person or otherwise make use of or permit to be made use of any unpublished information relating to the EFG CO., LTD’s marketing or sales of any past, present or future Goods, or other know-how, business methods or plans or finances, corporate plans, management systems, new business opportunities or any such information relating to EFG CO., LTD or any other member of the EFG CO., LTD’s group of companies (including any subsidiaries of the EFG CO., LTD), its agents or sub-contractors, or customers of EFG CO., LTD where the information was received during the Term of this Agreement or any information which EFG CO., LTD treats as confidential or in respect of which it owes an obligation of confidentiality to a third party.客户发来的协议，意思是能看明白，但是翻译成看起来顺眼的书面文章太难了啊，大家有什么办法提高？？ 谁能帮忙翻译下这段
