LZ 写的不够庄重，情绪很重，如果客户关系一般的话就不太合适。如果我写，会更简短。如果关系要保持的，会追加更多，但是不会群发。

I will leave xxx company(你公司名) very soon. (用quit不太好，有放弃之意，比较负面。leave比较中性，在此适用)
Please contact with Lisa([email protected]) after 3th May as she will take ovey my duties(原句不简洁，用了两句才表达了一个意思。话越多越容易出错，如果你想用原句的话，也应该这样：If you have anything regarding the products or orders, please contact..., She will replace me to take over my duties.)
We sincerely appreciate your support in the past!(改为复数说明你是代表整个集体，不是代表个人。作生意一般就是互相“支持”，朋友才用“帮助”。“during those days"中文意为：在那些日子里，好像在此不适用。可以用：during last few years 等，笼统一点in the past)
May you a good health and roaring business!(我一般不用wish，因wish一般用于基本不可能的情况)
Sincerely,(经典商务函用语，百用不厌。Thanks and best regards在此基本上是多余的话)
