加拿大外贸
本人刚开始做外贸，这是我人手中的第一个外国客人，学习懒人几个月后接了个小单子，但是我英文不太好，客人要求中盒和外箱不能直接印刷箱唛，下面为客人邮件：Both sets of labels are to be filled out before printing. Please make sure the item number reads "20685", as it does on the PO. once the information is filled out and the labels are printed, they can be pasted to the cartons. For the inner carton label, please place one label per inner carton, on the side. For the master carton, please place 2 labels per carton, one on each opposite side.
Please let me know if this clears up any confusion now. Please note that these labels do not have to be printed on the carton itself. Most of our vendors just print the labels and paste them to the box. Please send a proof before printing and make sure the barcodes match exactly as they are on the templates. Let me know if you have any questions.
然后我想问客人：
箱唛是直接用普通的A4纸打印并浆糊粘在内盒和外箱上面吗？（print和paste应该是打印和浆糊粘吧？）
但是用A4纸打印，条码不能确保能够通过条码机的。
我该怎么回复客人，然后该怎么翻译。。。或者有其他好的建议，欢迎来说说~~谢谢！！

只让你把唛头贴在内盒和外外箱上，没有规定唛头材质。你们公司要是用A4纸打印再贴的话也是可以的。

但是箱唛有条码的，如果有普通A4纸打印，估计不能通过扫描的啊！！

客户的意思是可以不用把箱唛直接印在纸箱上，可以使用贴纸的形式，但是必须是箱唛打印在贴纸上的，而不是大头笔手写的那种。贴纸的话一般是牛皮纸打印或者白色不干胶打印，后者居多
