刚才我向我们杨经理反应机器损坏问题，他说机器处于在保修期内完全可以免费提供，请你们提供机器损坏SN，和损坏图片说明发给我们，我们会让维修部门进行分析，如果你们需要简单维修的我们会补齐所有配件，如果你们维修不了的可以返回给我们维修，我们承担运费

Your problem about the machine has been noted. Your machine is still under warranty. pls send us the machine damage sn and the problem in details in pictures so our engineers could figure out the problem.
We could offer you the parts if you decide to fix it by yourselves or you could directly send the machine to us.
If you choose the latter, we would undertake the freight fee.

我觉得你不要说你问了你经理这个事情， 你要知道你是业务代表，你有权力和能力去开展业务，解决业务中的问题，所以你就直接告诉客户就行，描述一下问题并发图片过来，你们做一下评估，如果觉得他们能修，就发配件过去，（如何修理你们可以自己录一个视频发给客户看），如果不能让他们把机器运回来，你们修好再发回去
