加拿大外贸
最近收到了一封来自国内厂家的邮件。通篇的问号反问句,每一句后面都以right?结尾。非常非常非常的不专业而且没有礼貌。老外看了马上炸掉!
请各位注意,反问句的用法和语气。下划线是反问的部分,加粗的是我认为十分不礼貌的用词。
原邮件部分如下。
the balance for the 1st shipment is USD10000, which is not a big amount right?
and it is just our machine cost we bought for you right?
you pay for the balance and we send you original documents, which is standard trade business steps right?
we are serious company and we want to do serious business, not like most chinese people, always relationship and relationship. ok?
Behave seriously and do everything seriously then can let the business go smoothly in order to avoid more trouble and dispute right?
if you insist on coming and trying to persuade us again, you can also come, pls let us know which day you would arrive? Our boss would be on business to Guangzhou after next week.
Last but not least, i do suggest you could release payment asap in order not to cause any demurrage cost in destination port, thanks.
一样的意思完全可以用更加恰当的语言来写,大家就算遇到问题,也请注意专业的素养,恼羞成怒无法解决任何事情。另外,plz, asap.等等缩写可以在邮件中使用,但是分清场合语境。长篇邮件尽量不要使用。
以下是我改写的部分。
We believe the balance of USD10000 is not a big amount for you. It is the cost of the equipment we prepared for our installation.
We would like to keep standard trading process with you. The documents will be released once the funds cleared.
I really hope I can do you the favour however as a professional company, there is policies that we have to follow.
If the payment can be done soonest, I will make sure the documents send to you immediately to avoid any further delay.
Please let me know anything else I can help you. I have explained your situation to our boss, he will make a decision and attend the meeting with you on Thursday at 10:00.

在口语中用Right? Ok?结尾还是可以的。作为一个停顿,确认对方是否理解自己的意思。但是书面邮件中还是不太恰当。

试想一下,本来和客户之间就有问题,还用这样的邮件回复。怎么样才能解决事情呢?两边都气的不行,老外觉得不尊重他,他觉得这个老外付款有问题。两边一下子搞的非常僵

我觉得你把你想说的给那个人说意义更大 至于他接不接受你的意见 那是他的问题 他得罪客户也是他活该

客户有各种各样的要求很正常,如果在你权限范围无伤大雅的可以做决定,如果说不合理,不在自己可以决定的范围或者有比较重大的影响的话,你完全可以委婉的拒绝让客户和上司直接联系,不要把自己牵扯进去。表达自己的立场就好了,不应该去逼迫或者“建议”客户怎么做。得罪客户就真的是自找的。
