背景：我方向外方进口一批商品，外方要求用SBLC的付款方式，我方不同意。接下来外方的回复：We received your email concerning your country inability to issued SBLC payment term for first trial order for the ongoing deal and being as it may the best way forward for this is transaction is, buyer has to secure or pay for product warehouse clearance approval for the liftable quantity against LC Payment. Which equally guarantee the transaction with buyer company.
Upon compliance of buyer to pay for product warehouse clearance approval for the liftable quantity against LC Payment seller is ready and willing to advance forward for the deal according the transaction procedure sent to your company previously。
请教大致啥意思。

对他们解释：信用证本身已是银行信用。我国银行信用卓著。他们按规定履约，收款没问题。

SBLC是担保信用证, 搭配风险度高的如后TT,COLLECTION,OA等付款方式做的.
客人不接受你们提出的100%不可撤销信用证,那他们想做什么呢.
