一批货快到交期了，然后要验货，客人让我们承担SGS验货费，详细描述如下，还请大神们帮看下准确意思或有哪些重要信息，先谢了Inspection cost is 220 USD + Transportation cost ( 75 USD average, it depends on location of production area). We will check the quotation and arrange the inspection and the cost of inspection will be directly charged to suppliers.
- 1man-day includes 3 styles and 300 sample sizes, if your orders are more then this size, you should pay extra expense.
- 1 man day price goes for only work days, if you request for weekend or national holidays, you should pay extra expense.
- SGS will perform inspection and send the inspection report to our Quality department. We will evaluate the reports and inform you about the result of the inspection.
- We will send the result to you one man day after the inspection day. Do not ship the goods without getting approval from our side.
- Please inform us about the inspection date at least 4 days before the inspection date. We need this period to arrange inspection on time.
- You will agree with us about the inspection date. If SGS comes to the inspection area and the goods are not ready 100% for the inspection , inspection will not perform on that day but you should also pay the missed inspection fee
- If the result of inspection is rejected, you should re-check all the godds and arrange 2nd inspection.
