客户对我们的样品很满意，一直说会下单，但因为数量，颜色，设计一些问题拖着没下。我经常会问问进度。有时想写一封不带催促含义的纯问候的邮件，拉近一下关系，总是催促怕会引起客户的反感。
请问这样的邮件应该怎么措辞比较合适？

How are you? Hope you are doing great! We lately .... (可以写些你们公司或者产品的新发展, 或者一些News之类的) If you have any questions or needs, feel free to let me know. I believe that we can do great business together in the very near future.
