The pans were delivered by FedEx this morning. There are 8 pans all together. Thank you! The top of the cone looks much better on the ones I can see.
Unfortunately, I cannot get them separated.
I have been able to separate them into 3 stacks. Two of 2 each and one of 4 pans. The pans are really blocked together which makes any kind of production or fulfillment of orders impossible.
I thought this was going to be addressed with the engineers.
We cannot go into production and/or ship pans in this condition.
Plus, in trying to pry the pans apart, my hands and fingers were coated with a dark grey oily residue which appears to be a machine oil. The pans will be used with direct food contact. Even though the oil may be an FDA approved oil, which you had said in an earlier email, it would cause an alarm to anyone in the US. Is the oil necessary for manufacturing? Why?
Please advise. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.
