对于要样品不愿意付样品费用的客人,大家是怎么处理了,We confirm the receipt of your mail, Kindly be noted that this is a contract and we are only working as your local agent and due to of our 2% commision we have done all we can to see that you win this contract in which we have spend a lot of money , So if realy you are interest to handly this contract kindly prepare and send the samples for their aproval as we are enable to pay for the samples due that you are the supplier of the T-Shirt and you most provide the samples for their aproval of your quality , sawing and sizes as to enable them proceed .

对于客人这样的回复我已经不知道再讲什么了,之前已经回复他邮件说明要收样品费用的原因:
But pls noted ,we charge the sample fee is fair ! For the sample ,we need to buy the fabric from market ,and for the small qty we need to pay 3 times for the cost ,and the worker wage ,we also need to pay 3 times for them .
And pls also noted ,when you send the order ,we will return the sample fee to you ,and you can deduct it from the account .
I hoping you can understand : for the first time business ,we charge the sample fee and freight cost paid by you is fair .

我们是样品免费,可是已经连续两个客户我一提到倒付,就没了踪影了,不知道是没有诚意做生意,不想要这样的客户,不稀罕。。。。。。

是啊,现在询盘多,真正有诚意的实在太少了,
有的样品寄出去一个多月了,回和的居然是这样的:
the story is that the buyer says that he will place order this week. Everytime he tells me the same story. I am getting upset with him so ystrday I send to him a very strong email and told me already 45 days have passed.
so pls wait for some more time.

你们的样品费很贵吗, 我们一般 不收取客户样品费,但快递费用他们出的

看来我们最亏了拉 我们不但提供样品 还自己付的邮费的呢 不过还好拉 我们的样品不是很贵 o(∩_∩)o...哈哈

以我的性格是这样回复的(如下),样品运费都由客户自己掏钱,我比较直接,不会跟客户多说,浪费时间,真心想要做生意不在乎那几个样品钱,只是想看看样品无诚意做生意的的客户基本看到我的邮件都会无语,因为他们心虚。屡试不爽。

I fully understand your point,but it's not cheap as you know,so it's not workable for a factory.
If you want to find a good product to earn more profit from it why not just simply pay for it ? I believe it's not a big deal if you can sell it and got return.
If we have a long term business relationship in the future,of course we would like to provide free sample,it's good for both of us after all,but now I'm sorry it's not workable.

我的客户是这么回复我的:1、Thanks for your offer, but it isn′t interesting for me.
I need two sample each, if I should sell your goods.
To share the costs, here comes my last offer:
You produce the samples as my request
and
I pay for the transport.
I understand you, you want to sell your baskets and make money, but you have first to invest into the business.
Same as me!
2、when you recognize, that we are the customers, you are looking for, then take my offer.
I like to do business with you!

客户真的太精明了,没得说,要了420美金的样品,怎么会免费呢。我跟她说你每个系列选一款,我免费样品送给你,客户不同意!我说你先支付样品费,下大货返还,客户还是不同意!是来骗取样品的嘛?

1:一般我们样品免费,运费客户付: 2:如果样品贵,客户不肯付,就说下次下单返他,利润搞上去,抵消也差不多了。
