1. what should we do in the procedure to turn your credit into cash?
1)You will send me a PI and I will put it in the enclosed Sale Contract(of course you will read all its terms and conditions and if you have any question or comment about it we cam discuss about it),and I will check it,and CONFIRM it.(We will write the payment term "Payment Guarantee by Bank Guarantee").Please check the enclosed file for more details.
Then you will go to your bank,and you will inform them that a Bank Guarantee will be sent to our bank account according to the details of our Sale Contract with a new buyer,after that you will ask them that,if the buyer cannot pay the price of the Sales Contract in time,how you can get your money with the Bank Guarantee,and they will guide you,and they will explain you the details.
2. what do you mean "discounting rate"?

Discount Rate is the rate which the Banks will use it for exchanging(changing) the CREDIT into CASH.It is like a commission which the bank will have it for themselves for changing the Credit into cash.The rate is calculated based on different systems
For example:Suppose we send the USD100,000 BG and when you want to discount it,your bank says our discount rate is 1% and that means 1% will be deducted from the whole amount of the BG which will be USD100,000-1%=USD99,000
Therefore USD99,000 will be sent into your bank account.
