加拿大外贸
请教大神，最近有个摩洛哥的客户需要有一批货，款有3w多美金，合同也做好认可了，问题卡在了他说他们只能付不高于1w的货款，这是银行的规定，希望能确定其实真实性；有没有已经打过款的朋友，是如何操作的，希望大神指点下；我的回信是：
1.可以多几个朋友来转款
2.可以想办法通过第三国转款
3.好像他们也不带现金过中国过
原信是这样说的：
If someone need send money more than 10000 usd outside Morocco, the bank will not accept.
I can't take with me much money, in our airport have Customs is forbidden to take much money, so we have one Solution
Against Document or LC
In My Country when we need pay or Send money outside Morocco, Our Bank can't do it, but less than 10000 usd its ok no Problem.
On your INVOICE the Total amount is about 31560 usd so My Bank never can accept to send money, You Can Check or search by Internet about our Bank.So we must do LC or Against Documents.
