Pls. let me have your best quotation for 100 pcs up to 1.000 pcs.
Each item must be packed in our box white with 4c printing ( artwork by us) and with 1 c printed instruction sheet
Marking:
CE/WEEE
Each item must be printed with model number, CE sign and dustbin (WEEE symbol).
Artwork will be sent by us!! It is not allowed to send any goods without these markings or markings of other companies.
These signs must also be printed on the instruction (artwork by us) and box.
Technique:
all technical functions, the display and all electronic components must work properly and must be compliant to the European regulations. Each piece must be checked.
Safety requirements:

Material absolutely AZO free, PCB free, PAH/PAK free and low cadmium, tanning chrome 6 free, conform to CE, ROHS and REACH
Pls. check all the point and let me have the certification together with your quotation.

Thanks for show interest on our this hotselling SW102A smart fitnness tracker .
EXW price for 100pcs us$ 12.2 for 1000pcs us$11.73
OEM Package and manual got extra cost us$185 for qty if qty from 100pcs to 1000pcs .
please kindly check attached details .
we are experienced with Europen client konwing CE ROHS REACH WEEE is required .
the printing can be absolutely done as you required .
AS per AZO free, PCB free, PAH/PAK free and low cadmium, tanning chrome 6 free, conform to CE, ROHS and REACH
our wristband can pass the above tests , however we dont get paper proof .
if you need the proof test report or certification ,we afraid you have to undertake the cost , it will be US$XX totally.
since the ROHS include low cadmium, tanning chrome 6 free, so these two parts do not need to be tested separetly.

Thank you for your reply.
Unit price of SW102A smart fitnness tracker(EXW ** CITY ) is US$ 12.20 on the basis of 100 pcs and US$11.73 on 1,000 pcs.
Package and manual could be done according to your design,it will cost around US$185.00,Attached details for your reference .
The certificate of CE,ROHS,REACH and WEEE are available and the printing will be done as your request exactly.
Regarding to AZO free, PCB free, PAH/PAK free and low cadmium, tanning chrome 6 free,we didn't have the certificate yet,but our wristband can pass all the tests mentioned above when we tested by ourselves before.We provide the test report from our lab to you first and we could also do the ceritificate for buy's account,it will take about US$XX.
We suggest that low cadmium and tanning chrome 6 free are not necessary to do the extra testing, because the testing results of these two parts are included in ROHS certificate.

现一下丑，
你俩的交流不在一个频段上。
1，PETRA反复强调的是MARKING,ARTWORK，对此你的回复不够有针对性；
2，价格只要报一个价格就够了，不要多报让客户无所适从；
3，技术上的要求你只字未提；
4，至于AZO,PCB等的要求，客户并未具体细化，你不应该纠缠这个问题，没有认证书的话，出具保证函也许就能解决问题，否则抽样送检。
