请注意最后一句话,乍一看,是不是觉得这个客户很严谨呢?小女子不才,把他当作神佛一般供奉了起来。内牛满面。
阀球不是我公司的主营产品,只属于擦边行业。我秉承不放掉任何一个接单的机会的原则,更何况乍一看如此严谨的客户,认真寻找厂家,报价。
他给我的图纸和厂家所能提供的阀球有细微差别。第一封邮件如上他让我按照他的图纸报价,第二封邮件来了:
Dear Mr. Wang,
thank you for your email.
Please make us an offer for your standard serial balls for ball valves (two way type): solid or hollow body.
If your standard price level will be ok then we will send our drawings to you.

大家看到了吧,your standard serial balls for ball valves,既然这么说了,我按照工厂所能提供的阀球来报价就无可厚非了。他回复说:
Dear Louise,
thank you for your email.
Our cooperation is impossible, your price level is unreal and similar price level in Europe, thanks.

直接否定了合作的可能。也好,他每个尺寸只要1000个阀球,我连和厂家谈判的本钱都没有。所以我打算放弃。但是又抱着试试看的态度,降了两个点给他。
这回他犀利了。直接把河北一个厂家的价格发给我。说只要我低于这个价位,就可以考虑合作。同时还提到要来温州的事情。生意没做一笔,人要来,我最看不得老外仗着脸过来中国骗吃骗喝了。所以就没有搭理。
过了几天,他又给我来信:
Dear Louise,
thank you for your email.
Next week i will in Wenzhou and in Hebei, if you will change your meaning, please inform me.

又牛哄哄地 if no then no.我感觉我就是被他耍着玩呢。打算放弃,又被他把小火苗燃起来,歇菜,又燃起来。
期间,他还主动加了我的Skype,给我的好几个邮箱发了信,让我认为他真的是很想做生意,想把价格谈下来就确定要买的客户。
我又联系了新的厂家,人家答应可以把价格降低一点。这下可以了,我心里想。我给客户去信,说可以在河北的价格基础上降低一点给他。当然是我们自己的standard valve ball。 可是他又改口了,又说要按照他的图纸来做。或者要我把我们的图纸发给他。要厂家拿图纸出来,用脚趾头想也知道不可能。我也被客户的出尔反尔真的弄火了,发誓再也不理他了!
可是没过几天,他又在Skype上说:[2010年11月12日 21:01] Sasha:you can change our drawings,DN 15 and DN 20.
又答应可以改掉他的图纸。让我们寄样品。我已经领教过了他的说话不算话,就没有理他。事情到这里告一段落,我没有给他寄样,也没有对他来温州做出任何举措。后来的事实证明我是对的。阀球的事情又过了两个星期,他没有再来邮件,我以为他肯定和别的厂家都做完生意了。

话说Skype有个生日提醒功能,某天正好是这个客户的生日,我例行公事般给他发了一句问候。
并坦诚和他说,我司是主营阀门管件的,对于上次没有和他合作表示遗憾等等很官方的话。
当时我用一张非主流美女的照片做Skype的头像,他对我话没有起反应,反倒是来了一句:

靠!还问我有没有其他美女的照片啊,发到他邮箱。我晕,只好又google了几张给他。
后来还说到自己从04年起就在温州,天津做阀门管件的进出口生意了,怎么怎么犀利。还施舍般地给了我另外一封询盘,是要不锈钢三通的。还在询盘最后加了这样一句话:
Order for next year.
We have inquired many factories from Wenzhou, please only real price
level, but please not for foreigners.
正好当时有一段时间,温州龙湾阀门业流传着一段话,说有个德国的大大客户在为明年的工程采购。已经和很多工厂都联系过了。我在想不会是他吧?
我问他什么时候采购,他回答我说一月份。我在想,这次应该是实单了吧,准备了下,给他报了价格过去。他又拿出老伎俩,发了一封别的工厂的价格给我,说低于这个价格就和我合作。我给老板研究了下,应该没问题的,就低了一两个点报过去。
他收到报价单说,给我最大的折扣,10%到15%,这点和阿三倒是如出一辙,砍价砍得脸不红心不跳,
我和他说,也请你把质量考虑进去,好吗?结果他说:

你要是知道他不是德国人,是个老毛子,很多事情就好理解了吧。
