Job Description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Organize student materials and submit application to the school;
2. Follow-up with the application after submission, and give feedback to the consultants; 3. Follow-up with application materials to ensure students get their offer;
4. Regularly organize and reconcile tuition payment reminder list, and send payment reminders;
5. Assist in translation and drafting of application documents;
6. Assist consultants to communicate with institutions via email or telephone.
Skills and qualifications for this position:
1.
Fluent in English (native speaking level)
2.
Ability to read and write Chinese (Simplified Chinese preferred)
3.
Administrative working experience in the Education industry preferred
4.
Minimum of 2 years of work experience as an administrative assistant or admission staff
5.
Proficient in using MS Excel, MS Word and other relevant technology related to the position
6.
Strong time management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
7.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication and presentation skills are critical in order to exert influence, resolve conflicts and develop constructive working relationships and consensus.
