We are seeking a technical researcher to join our Toronto team. This position is responsible for preparing technical reports to support research and development grant applications.
Responsibilities:
Establish a comprehensive understanding of our client’s R&D projects
Work closely with our clients, gather and analyze technical and product/project information to document product functionality
Prepare technical reports with the engineering and technology of the R&D projects summarized in a variety of fields
Assist with preparation of technical review
Collaborate with Technical Project Managers to create a streamlined workflow
Review and critique business process documentation
Work independently and as a part of a much larger technical team
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent
Fluent in both English and Chinese in business communication
Minimum two years of experience in writing complex technical documentation.
Familiar with information architecture, markup languages, source version control, problem reporting, and continuous integration
Superior communication skills including verbal, written, and interpersonal

Expertise in content discovery and best practices for research

Salary
Base：$50K Annually
Bonus：Available after passing probation, $20K Annually
