Position Description:
The primary duties of the Real Estate admininclude basic bookkeeping job.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Receptionduties – answer telephones, confirm appointments, greet clients/walk-ins
Processing new listing documents andappointment instructions
Preparation related forms (connectingclients, lawyers, and mortgage brokers)
Collecting deposit cheques and keep monitorall listing status within time frames
Calculate, prepare, and issue invoices
Manage company bank accounts along withdealing with accounts receivable and payable.
Education:
College Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration,or related field Experience: Bookkeeping: 1 year (Preferred)
Fluency in English (written & spoken)
Ability to multi-task with excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of ateam
Excellent organization & time managementskills
