Job description
Responsibilities and Duties
- Administrative duties (ie. filing, organization, etc.);
- Print advertisement & marketing management;
- Communication with clients;
- Social media marketing;
- Assisting in Sale Event as necessary;
- Preparing listing/buyer paperwork as required;
- Occasional out of office pick up’s, meetings, and deliveries;
- Willing to show initiative and take on new tasks.
Qualifications and Skills
The skills and abilities that are necessary to be successful in the Administrative Assistant position include:
- Working knowledge of MS: word, excel;
- Working knowledge of Office Platform: mail, calendar, contacts;
- Strong written & communication skills;
- Exceptional organizational skills;
- Project management abilities;
- Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Works well under pressure;
- Work well in a team setting and independently;
- Adaptable to all situations;
- Courteous, positive, and service-oriented, who presents in a professional manner at all times
Language Requirement:
- Fluent in English
- Excellent reading and writing skills in English
- Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese is an asset
- Excellent reading and writing skills in Chinese preferred
Full-time hours: 40 per week
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week
Contract length: 12 months
