Responsibilitiesinclude:

Workingwith production, purchasing department, customers and vendors to fill orderseffectively

Workingwith custom brokers for custom clearance
-
Workingwith shipping lines for tracing and delivery
-
Workingwith local truckers and warehouses for domestic delivery
-
Communicateshipping status to customers timely, Interact with internal and externalcontacts and maintain excellent customer relationship
-
Purchaseorders and Sales orders preparation and follow-up
-
Shippingdocuments preparation for local, export, import and banking purpose
-
Responsiblefor customs broker, warehouse storage rating and trucking rating negotiation
-
Inventorymaintenance and inventory control
-
Dealwith damage, shortage, customer deduction, investigate involved parties andprocess claims
-
RelatedBilling approval
-
Otherresponsibilities as assigned.
JobQualifications:
-
CollegeDiploma in logistics, international trade, alternatively in businessadministration.
-
Previousexperience in Canadian or US import & export operation are definite assets
-
AdvancedMicrosoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Access and generalcomputer proficiency. ERP experience particularly ACCPAC could be beneficial.

Stronganalytical, planning and organizational skills

Takeinitiative, enjoy challenges and be able to manage stress

Excellentverbal and written communication and interpersonal skills in English, customerservice ethic and negotiation skills
-
Self-motivated,multi-task, able to work under limited supervision in a fast-paced environment,able to work both individually and as part of a team
