A dynamic, fast-paced food containers manufacturing companyin North York seeks to hire a full-time bookkeeper and office administrator.The Bookkeeper/Office Administrator’s role will include managing all aspects ofthe Firm's bookkeeping as well as working closely with our leadership team byhandling administrative duties, and organize meetings. Familiarity withMicrosoft Office Suite software and QuickBooks is required. Bookkeepingexperience is required.
ResponsibilitiesInclude
·
Bookkeeping, including accountspayable, accounts receivable, monthly client billing, payroll,
·
Maintaining general office files
·
Mail processing, includingclient-related mail, invoices, and other administrative mail
·
General administrative supportincluding assistance with mail, email, telephones, typing, correspondence,copying, and filing
