Work from Home
- Excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills required
- Excellent customer service and listening skills
- Proficient computer skills in MS Office applications
- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Keep detailed records of all communications on our database
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, and diffuse situations as needed
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Starting at $18.00 per hour
