工资水平：$14.25 - $18.00 / hr。 3个月试用期，转正后有带薪假期及医疗（含牙医等）福利。
工作要求: 流利英文和国语，有工卡
需要学历: 本科或专科以上
工作时间: 9:00am-5:00pm (周一至周五)
工作地点：列治文山（近 HWY 7 / Leslie 附近）
·Process and verify customer issued POs and generatecompany’s PO to suppliers.
·Make goods receipts and invoices, packing list;
·Prepare and send Customs Clearance documents toCustoms brokers;
·Plan, coordinate and arrange goods shipments (ocean,land, air shipments), etc.
·Response customers’inquiries/concerns/questions, resolve issues internally and/or from customers’side, escalate unresolved issues to senior management and/or suppliers andfollow-ups.
·Other duties as assigned.
Minimal Requirements:
·Extremelydetailed oriented, strong work ethic, dependability and integrity.
·Provenability to effectively prioritize work flow, and ensure deadlines are met.
·Excellentinterpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
·Self-motivated,well-organized and a great team-player.
·Advancedcomputer skills in MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet, Google etc.
·Abilityto exercise good judgment, show initiative and be proactive.
·Highstandards of ethics and confidentiality to handle sensitive information.
·Desireto work in a fast-paced, organized and positive environment.
·Fluentin speaking English and Chinese would be an asset.
·Workingexperience preferred but not mandatory.
