REPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-Responsible for streamlining client inquiries to optimal solutions path
·
-Answer potential client’s inquiries, arrange consultants to help clients with their needs
·
- Assist with study permit, visa and word permit renewals
·
-Follow up with students, helping them with course registration and other related issues
·
－Assist in translation and drafting of application documents;
QUALIFICATIONS
·
Fluent in English (native speaking level)
·
Ability to read and write Chinese (Simplified Chinese preferred)
·
Administrative working experience in the Education industry preferred
·
Minimum of 2 years of work experience as an administrative assistant or admission staff
·
Proficient in using MS Excel, MS Word and other relevant technology related to the position
·
Strong time management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
·
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication and presentation skills are critical in order to exert influence, resolve conflicts and develop constructive working relationships and consensus.
