据说温水煮青蛙，青蛙到死都不会跳出来，但也有人做过实验，结果青蛙还没等水开就跳出来。这两只螃蟹，进锅之前，活蹦乱跳，张牙舞爪，但放进蒸锅里加温，从冷水到沸水，里面的螃蟹基本没动静，直到蒸熟。这个冷水蒸螃蟹的实验，我做过很多回，每次都没有悬念。青蛙这个说法应该改成螃蟹，就没有争议了。
