usually a phone interview first, then face to face interview.
The face to face interview varies, usually about 1hr, though I have had interviews for 3hrs, a group interview first, where each member takes turns to ask questions. Then their manager came in, showed me the lab, asked some OS related questions, and then basically asked me whether I am interested.. took about 3hrs.. :)
