收到孟加拉客户开来的信用证，通知行是上海花旗银行没做过孟加拉的信用证，有几个不明白的地方 特来这里请教高手们
1. insurance covered by opener details of shipment must be advised direct to meghna insureance company limited XXX address. marking cover note no.XXXX
a certificate regarding this must be accompanied with original shipping documents
这个我是通知进口商还是通知这个保公司 ？怎么个通知法 证明怎么做吗？
2.within 5days of shipment the beneficiary must fax to us at the 88XXXX mentioning the details of shipment .copy of such fax (transmitted）must accompany the original documents
这个我是要传真BL copy 还是装船通知 ，这个传真证明怎么做吗？
3.one set of non-negotiable shipping documents to be sent to the importer immediate after shipment
a certificate regarding this must be attached with original shipping documents
这个我理解的只是把整套单据copy email 给客户就行了，那证明是怎么做吗？
我的理解是不是对的
4.packing should be seaworthy export standard which certificate accompany shipping document
这个包装是用的胶合板， 这个证明是要找木箱公司出证明吗？ 还是怎么证明
5. freight forwarder/short form/ blank backed /third party /stale /..bill of lading are not acceptable
因为货只有不到6个方 肯定是走散货的，这个提单货代也说了肯定是由货代公司出的提单
6. country of origin must be mentioned on the outside of each packing. importer name address tin no.XXXXXXX must be mentioned on the outside of packing minimum of 3 percent full consignment a certificate regarding this must be attached with original shipping documents

这个包装是用的胶合板， 这个证明是要找木箱公司出证明吗？ 还是怎么证明
出个受益人证明， we hereby certify the packing is seaworthy export standard. 签名盖章就可以。

因为货只有不到6个方 肯定是走散货的，这个提单货代也说了肯定是由货代公司出的提单
你是散货，肯定是出货代单，肯定不符，要求改LC !

签字盖章去交单即可！

还有这个要求certificate 是怎么做 通知进口商还是通知这个保公司？

还有我看到论坛其他的帖子是说做孟加位信用证的都是要做SGS检测的，
但这信用证里没有提到这个SGS 或其它任何装前检验证书 我们的产品是valve阀门

还有这些自己做的证明 签字盖章 是盖圆开的公章吗 就ok?

还有一项要求是这样的
beneficiary must certify on the invoices to the effect that the goods shipped are in accordance with the specification quantity quality marks and price of the profoma invoice XXX
是不是也是同样做证明 签字盖章即可

既然LC条款未规定那么无需做装运前检验的。
