The Bill of Lading must indicate full name and address of State Bank of India, ITI Rampur Branch, Korba, Chhattisgarh, India.那么我提单中的consignee 和NOTIFY PARTY 该如何填写呢？银行的名字和地址需要写在提单什么地方呢 ？
