以下就是困扰我一晚上的条款，单独列在信用证other docu clauses里面，请各位单证大虾们帮忙瞅瞅其意思及能否实现（会否构成不符点），问题1
+copy of letter issued by 加拿大客人，and signed by traffic manager indicating that all non-negotiable documents were received prior to submitting originals to issuing bank,and also indicating date within 7 days of shipment,showing DC NO.and invoice NO.and PO.NO.
问题2
+beneficiary's signed certificate certifing that:
A,stating that beneficiary or his representative have locked the containers and put the seal on the door after goods have been placed in container as discribed on packing list
出口方签字证实货物按照packing list要求装箱
B,picture of the seal on the container door showing clearly seal number is submitted with the docs.
这个意思是拍张照片清楚显示seal号吗？

加拿大客人出具文件并由货运经理签署，显示所有不可流通副本单据在正本单据提交开证行之前已经由申请人收到，同样需显示收到的日期在装运日后7天内，显示信用证号 发票号和订单号

我想再多了解一点，
加拿大客人出具文件并由货运经理签署，显示所有不可流通副本单据在正本单据提交开证行之前已经由申请人收到，同样需显示收到的日期在装运日后7天内，显示信用证号 发票号和订单号
这个要求是否好办？货运经理是经由货代从中沟通吗？会不会货运经理不签字之类延误我15天的交单期？

你都交银行单据了,还交之前寄副本给他做什么,小心小些国家凭副本提货.当然,信用证的话,问题1本来就是软条款.客人不出这个证,你要收钱难啊.
