5.1. The sides are relieved from responsibility for complete or partial violation of obligations under the present Contract if violation of these obligations was a consequence of force majeure circumstances (force-majeur).
5.2. If force majeure obligations operate within 3 (three) months, the Sides joint solution define further operations, pause or stop the Contract.
6. An order of the resolution of disputes
6.1. All disputes and the disagreements arising in the course of fulfilment, change, cancellation of the present Contract, are regulated by negotiations.
7. Other conditions
7.1. The present Contract comes into force from the moment of its signing by both Sides and operates to _____________ year or complete fulfilment by the Sides of the obligations under the present Contract.
7.2. All applications to the Contract, mentioned more low in the Contract, are its integral part.
7.3. The sides not in the right to transfer the rights and the duties provided by the present Contract to the third parties without the preliminary consent to those of other side.
7.4. The present Contract is made in Russian in duplicate, having identical validity: one copy for the Buyer, one for the Supplier.
7.5. The sides confirm with the present that the facsimile copy is valid the original.
