在看一单母公司保函，觉得前后矛盾，请教下大家：该保函之前规定了
“Guarantor unconditionally, absolutely and irrevocably guarantees the payment when due (whether on maturity, acceleration or otherwise) of any and all liabilities and obligations of Counterpart in connection *** by reason of Counterpart's failure to timely perform any non-financial obligations.”
而之后又规定了
“The liability of Guarantor to *** hereunder shall not exceed , in the aggregate, _________million U.S. Dollars (_$_____________).”
为什么之前规定了要负all liabilities，而最后又要规定限额呢？非常感谢！
