2,a discrepany fee of usd80.00(or equivalent) should be deducted from the amount claimed or will be deducted from the proceeds of any drawing, if documents are presented with any dicrepancy(ies). notwithstanding any instructions to the contrary, this charge shall be for account of beneficairy. in additinal , the payment of the relative cable expense, if any, should also be for account of beneficiary.
3, draft drawn under this credit must be endorsed and contain the clause, drawn under industrial bank of korea, seoul ,letter of credit no.xxxx dated 2012-11-20
4,one additional photocopy of required documents are required for lc issuing banks file and will not be retureen even document s are finally refused. it these docs are not presented, a photo handing fee of usd20.00 per set will be deducted from the proceeds of payment.
5,all documents must be forwarded directly to our documentrary credits dept.rather than just to the bak( add: industrial bank of korea(h.o.),50, ulchiro 2-ga,chung-gu,seoul.korea) in one lot by courier service.( swift:xxx)
6,usance bills drawn hereunder are to be negotiated at sight basis.. acceptance commissions and discount chargers arefor buyer's account
7,upon receipt of documents adn drafts in compliance with terms and conditions of this credit, we shall remit the proceeds to you in accordance with your instructions.

1.提单得一些要求，CONSIGNEE:TO ORDER OF...,NOTIFY:APPLICANT,FREIGHT COLLECT 3.汇票的要求，只要单据和L/C相符，剩下的其他条款只要理解了就好

一套已装船提单，收货人一栏写凭韩国工商银行指示，运费到付，通知人为开证申请人。

不符点费用为80美金，由受益人承担。如果有相关的电传费用也由受益人承担。

汇票必须背书并且包括此条款：开证行，韩国工业银行，信用证号码以及日期。

另外要求一套复印的单据，并且不会返还。如果没有提交这份单据，则将扣除20美金。
