2.Please note that the 1st beneficiary requires to substitute his own invoice(s) and/or draft(s), if any, for those of the 2nd beneficiary.
3.In accordance with UCP 600 sub-article 38,the 1st beneficiary will allow us to advise amendment(s) of original documentary credit to the 2nd beneficiary’s instructions.
+Please note any presentation to us does not include any engagement for us to honor documents and/or draft(s).Documents are subject to final acceptance by issuing bank of the original L/C.Payment under this transferred L/C will only be effected by us after receipt of proceeds from issuing bank.
4.Under no circumstances should 2nd beneficiaru’s documents and/or draft(s) be sent directly to L/C issuing bank without substituting 1st beneficiary’s documents and/or draft(s) at our counter,any other bank/financial institution dispatches 2nd beneficiary document and/or draft(s) directly to L/C issuing bank for collection and hence precludes the 1st beneficiary from subsittuing his documents and/or draft(s),that bank/financial instituing will hold full liability for idemnifying the injured party for all losses that may be resulted from so doing.
