有一份沙特的信用证，其中涉及了预付款银行保函，请问大家有人做过类似的吗，我把客户的条款贴出来，请大家帮忙看看，有那些风险？要怎么改？信用证中规定的付款条款是：
payment terms as follows:
1) us$ 53100 advance payment against bank guarantee from banque saudi fransi jeddah, saudi arabia in accordance to sama standard text valid for one year from date of L/C.
2) us$ 123900 payable after 60 days from B/L date.
然后对方给过来的预付款银行保函，格式如下：

M/s.:_____________________________________________________________________
LETTER OF GUARANTEE FOR ADVANCE PAYMENT
Since you have awarded our clients, Messrs.__________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
a contract for __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
We, ______________ Bank, hereby guarantee to pay to you an amount not exceeding
which is equal to the amount to be advanced to them by yourselves under the above mentioned contract, upon our receipt of your first written demand in which you certify that you have paid the advance payment to our above mentioned clients and that they have failed to perform their obligations under the above mentioned contract.
The validity of this letter of guarantee extends until the end of the ________day of the month of ____________ of the year _______ and any demand for payment hereunder must be received by us at our counters during banking hours on or before this expiry date.
This letter of guarantee shall become null and void after the above stated expiry date, whether it is returned to us or not.
Any dispute relating to this letter of guarantee shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the rules and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

很难办到的，还是规定具体保证行的情况下，对你们受益人很不利的。

预付款退款保函，全额保证金吧。
而且啊，不用银行自己的标准文本，要客户提供的，可能还要法律事务部门审核。
