出口到澳大利亚，我们是用用纸托盘包装的，经过熏蒸，有IPPC标志，符合ISPM15的。下面的要怎么填.还有关于CONTAINER CLEANLINESS STATEMENT我没有看到问题，是不用管，默认他说的吗？谢谢。

抬头用你们公司的信纸 ， 选是FCL 还是LCL 船名，船号 Consignment identifier or numerical link 填提单号 后面的 都写NO 就可以了
