我收到一个LC,单据很简单，但我怕附加条款出问题，请各位支支招：内容如下：In accordance with our terms and conditions we would deduct a fee should any special handling be required(e.g.endorsing bills of lading,releasing goods consigned to us,unless prescribed by credit terms,authorization to negotiate,and/or discrepant documents)
it is a condition of this letter of credit that the acceptance of any discrepany documents thereunder does in no way amend its conditions,i.e.it does not prejudice our decision on the payment of any subsequent documents with identical descrepancies)
