条款说的是两种交付货物的情况：
1.如果是货物交至船上，那么交货后要提供清洁的收货单，这份收货单是由船上的大副签发的（具体可以百度“大副收据”）
2.第二种交货情况不是很明白，没有查到free on board the lighters。但从后面的意思看是货从卖方运至买方仓库，这样的话货物确认收到的条件是，必须是由买方授权的代表签发出一份收货凭证。
如果做不到，买方有权暂不付款。
