Full set of original clean,on board,marine bills of lading made out to the order of hsbc bank plc,marked freight collect and notify applicant quoting full name and address.本来信用证上对提单的要求是上面那样的，后来客人说要删除上面的改成下面的，现在客人修改后的信用证发过来了，结果下面这个是加上去了，但是上面那个却还是没删除，这样就有两个notify了，这个应该可以的吧，我是担心这两句话同时存在的话会有什么矛盾吗？该怎么修改？Shipment to be effected through AAA freight (Shanghai)LTD. AAA Freight (Shanghai) Ltd Bill of Lading is acceptable as negotiable document in lieu of Ocean Bill of Lading. Notify party PFE Express Ltd
这个客人对其他单据的要求只有装箱单、发票，所以现在客人就总是在提单上整来整去，已经第二次改证了。

前面一句写notify applicant quoting full name and address 后面一句写Notify party PFE Express Ltd

1.同一条款，如果在原证和改证中都有规定，以改证中的规定为准，所以提单上只需要写Notify party PFE Express Ltd
2.另外，AAA freight (Shanghai)LTD.看上去应该是个货代，所以，AAA freight (Shanghai)LTD Bill of Lading is acceptable这句话就是说要提供货代单。

但是改证中并未对原证进行改动啊，他只是在46A中添加了指定货代这个内容
