一个长期合作的客户突然发一份邮件,请问一下是否有问题?
客户这是什么意思呢?

如果附件我们盖章发给对方了,对我方后期合作是否有什么不利?
邮件如下:
Hello,
In order for us to resolve the warranty claims from our customers we would like to ask you for signed authorization (document in attachment).
This document would mean we are fully authorized to accept or refuse customers warranty claims on products supplied by your company.
This document has no binding effect for your company. Meaning that warranty conditions we have with you do not change in any way.
We will need for you to send us a signed (stamped) scan of the contract by mail. Please check if your company information is correct.
The reason we ask this of you is that this authorization is something we are obliged to present if requested by our customers.
If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact me.
附件内容如下
Authorization for assessing warranty claims
Company XXXX is an official distributor of products of our brand. We hereby grant company XXXX. an exclusive, non-transferable right to assess warranty claims. This right is limited to products which were acquired from our company and sold to customers of XXXX.

warranty claims 类似于中国三包的声明,他这个邮件意思是你们公司作为实际生产厂家授权于你客户,你客户可以做出接受或者拒绝这个三包申请的决定,不用通过你们公司。你可以写下对地区要求。如果需要代理,可以找我签名处QQ
