（温州平阳双华金属制品厂）一个同事离职了，我接手了她的一个订单，这订单已经在打样了，工厂是双华金属，第一次打样，颜色没有按照客人指定颜色打样，客人相信我们，让我们直接做大货，大货产前样，颜色也没有对，双华金属始终在强调颜色是对的，直到我们拿着潘通色卡拍照给他对比的时候，他才承认，产前样颜色是错误的，答应做第二次产前样，第二次产前样颜色是正确的，不幸的事情发生了，我司收到货后，发现大货的颜色没有改，还是按照第一次产前样在做，由于我司跟双华金属在不同地区，无法直接交涉，双华金属死不承认，现在我司要赔偿客人损失，失去客人，痛心疾首！评论
这个确实很棘手。让工厂也承担一些责任。然后稳住老客户，解释一下。看你本事了。
