我是义乌一家做箱包的工厂，在年前的时候，接了上海一家专做日本市场的外贸公司订单，日本球票包，由于那外贸公司当时的业务员是新手，没有多少经验，当时发给我印刷的AI图印刷尺寸小了5MM ，给他们打的样品和产前样 那个业务员都是确认好了的，确认大货样后那业务员就没有在那公司做了，换了另外一个业务员来跟单子，在元月25日出货的时候，客户来查货，发现我有一部分货的印刷和包的本体有2MM的缝隙，总共6000个包，那天出了4000个 客户把6000个包的货款是全部打过来的，说后面2000个不合格产品等年后再说，年后日本客户要求我厂从新做那2000个包，并且可以放大AI图尺寸 这样包就不会有缝隙了。以前做的样品还有产前样客户确认的样包都是有2MM左右的缝隙，而且叫我就按照样包做，我到现在都还有聊天记录为证。如果按照确认的样品，按照聊天记录的证据，我完全可以不用理会；但为了工厂以后的长久发展，为了工厂的信誉，我从新买了2000个包的材料，从新制版，总共亏了1万多块 做了2000个包发给客户。就这样。我赢得了这个客户，第二单。客户主动在我的报价上，每一个包给我加了0.5元，来弥补我之前的损失，从那以后，那公司只要是包包类的产品，都会交给我做，而且那公司的一个日本部长还有公司老板，在询价 下单 都会给业务员交待，指定找我厂做；这个月底，又有2个单子会下下来，现在想想，亏那一万多块钱真值，先做人 后做事，有了过硬的质量，良好的信誉 才能赢得客户的忠诚。

以下公司很不讲诚信，我们国外公司从此公司采购4个轮胎并支付其USD1748，而此公司从工厂采购总价USD1280.但是我们在国外使用轮胎2周就坏了，此公司却不承担任何责任。这样的公司太不讲诚信了，希望咱们国内的贸易公司不要像这样的公司不讲诚信！为了赚钱而不择手段，给中国丢人！！

About Sample Issue

I feel so sorry for you about sample issue. To my opinion:
1. As we all know that Sample is for checking the quality, the using condition,etc. Now the sample have problems, it indicated that it is not suit for your customer. So for our cooperation, we need to choose high quality tyre, not only in low price.
2. We get sample from factory and pay for it as the price you gave me. We didn’t make money for the sample. For all claim we get from factory, we will reply to you at the first time. But now factory didn’t do claim for it. If goods for containers have problems, factory will do claim. But for sample, factory never do claim. Sample is only for checking quality and using condition.
3. For sample issue, I feel so sad and sorry. But pls kindly note that the price you paid is only can supply this quality of tyre. So for your customer, as we observation need to choose good quality tyre. Now do claim for you is impossible, but we’d like to do free service for you to purchasing tyre for your customer. I will list most 17.5-25 tyre major good quality factory,you can get price from them directly. Then I do all free service to compensate you, such as examine goods, urged factory delivery,etc.

I order 4 sets. of tyre size 17.5 - 25 20 ply for sell and testing with my customer Metropolitan Electricity Authority of THAILAND
So. before I buy They send quotation , picture and warranty letter to me for reference . and then I'm agree buy tyre from them.
when the tyre delivery to me first thing look difference about Language and Max pressure. ( before sell they show 525 kPa. In fact 350 kPa.) this 1 problem
I send all of tyre to my customer Metropolitan Electricity Authority of THAILAND. They use these tyre for GROVE crane car gross weight 17 tons. when they operation lift transformer to electricity post must use hydraulic footing lift car floating everytime for safety and Correct principles operation. My customer they use 2 weeks and then start show damge follow in attach file
I try to told Ms. Echo and her boss make claime for this case but they acquiesce and avoid.They send engineering analysis to me. They told damage made from customer I would like to say impossible.I can explain to you one by one
1 Damage by shape thing = in this case must show scruffing around crack too.
2 Damage by road condition = If you live in Bangkok You will know they use on normal roads in area Sam- Sean bangkok cement road ( Not in mining )
3 Damage by overloads = The Crane car total weight was 17 tons but Tire can handle the weight 8250 kg. x 4 wheels = 33,000 kg. ( you can see on side wall )

We try explain to them and invite them come to thailand for meeting with my customer Metropolitan Electricity Authority of THAILAND. And we will prove follow the principle.
If They tyre damage from our using .We glad to pay all cost for they come to thailand.
but If in fact they tyre have problem. They must claime 100 % follow in warranty letter to us. except onething thier warranty letter lying
I have one question Why they not accept my Challenge ?
I dare to say they say and make everything for avoid fault .she deviate and lie for this case
I will try send all tyre to lab testing for prove quality follow your suggestion
I don't want Quarrel with anybody. I want to make fair business and responsibly. And maintain a positive image of themselves.
I just want to claim a fair and accurate to the feeling of doing good business.
