哎，误会我的意思了，我是说我大家经常在谈客人下单，下单交货后也得有个跟进啊，so 这个售后服务该怎么做，用邮件怎么说比较合适？和我们的售后服务差不多

我后来是这样写的：
This is xx and I'm working for xx Co., Ltd.
I worked with xx but now xx had left our company.So I take over her job.
I'm writing to follow up: Have you get the goods?
Pls kindly tell us your comments and advice so we do better in the next cooperation.
Any question, pls feel free to let me know!
Thank you & yours faithfully
xx
客人的很快就回邮件了：
thanks for your kind e-mail and noted that you are our new contact person.
We have well received the goods and started selling but now it’s still too early to give feedback on sales.
If we have any questions we’ll contact you.
PS: Kindly note my new e-mail is xx.
