软包与拉杆包的过程检验1. 核对包装资料。
2. 确认成品包的尺寸。
3. 检查物料是否符合要求：
3.1.面料、里布、网布合乎客人要求 。
3.2.人造革不可撕裂。
3.3.拉链（主拉链和附袋拉链）拉起来顺畅。拉头，拉片不能断裂。
3.4.织带、包边带、松紧带（颜色、纹路、克重、厚度、松紧度）
3.5.管条、护角条（颜色、尺寸等）
3.6.配件、商标、布标、吊卡、线卡。
4.成品包检查：前片、后片、中围、内里。
4.1.前后片是否平整，转角处不可起皱。
4.2.拼接片直线要直，假线不可外漏。
4.3.前后片管条护角要左右对称，把手车线是双线。
4.4.后片名片袋不可车歪，要左右对称。
4.5.角轮组装与底部平行，不可有内外八字。
4.6.拉杆箱合包、包边接头要在下1/4处。
4.7.打钉时钢钉必须开花良好。
4.8.里布、包边带、拉链、网布在同一只包上不可有色差。
