European Toy Standard EN 71-1 is Revised欧盟修订玩具标准EN 71-1
EN 71-1:2011+A2:2013, Safety of toys Part 1: Mechanical and physical properties, is now published to supersede EN 71-1:2011. It will be implemented on September 30, 2014. The main changes in this amendment EN 71-1 A2: 2013 are the requirements of emission sound pressure levels for acoustics toys. It also revises and adds some definitions in order to specify the scope of acoustics toys, more details are as followed:
EN 71-1:2011+A2:2013, 玩具安全第1部分：机械和物理性能，已经发布并将取代EN 71-1:2011。新标准将于2014年9月30号正式实施。修订案EN 71-1 A2: 2013主要修订了声响玩具的发射声压级要求。同时新标准中新增了声响玩具的定义，具体细节如下：

3.19 emission sound pressure level
发射声压级
sound pressure level at a specified position near a sound source, when the source is in operation under specified operating and mounting conditions on or above a reflecting plane surface, excluding the effects of background noise as well as the effects of reflections other than those from the plane or planes permitted for the purpose of the test.
声源在反射面上按照指定的操作和安装时，靠近声源的指定位置的声压级，不包括背景噪音产生的影响及平面或位面在测试时反射所产生的影响。
3.42 peak emission sound pressure level
峰值发射声压级
highest emission sound pressure level during a specified time interval recorded by a sound level meter using time-weighting peak. NOTE The peak emission sound pressure level is normally C-weighted and then denoted LpCpeak.
用声压测试仪中时间加权峰值在指定的时间间隔记录的最高发射声压级。（峰值发射声压等级通常指C加权值，用L pCpeak表示）
3.43 percussion toy
敲击玩具
toy clearly designed to emit sound when struck with a beater, such as a drumstick, or by the hand. NOTE Examples of percussion toys include drums, xylophones and tambourines.
设计为用拍打器（如用鼓槌或者手）击打发出声音的玩具。（例如：鼓、木琴和手鼓等）
3.48 pull-along or push toy
推拉玩具
toy on which movement is imparted by the user for example by pulling it by a cord or pushing it by means of a rigid extension.
由使用者由线拉动或刚性延展的方式赋予运动的玩具。
3.63 time-averaged emission sound pressure level
均时发射声压级
ten times the logarithm to the base 10 of the ratio of the time average of the square of the sound pressure during a stated time interval of duration to the square of a reference sound pressure, expressed in decibels, the sound pressure being obtained with a standard frequency weighting. NOTE The time-averaged emission sound pressure level is normally A-weighted and for the purpose of this standard then denoted LpA.
以10为底的对数的10倍与在指定的时间间隔内的参考声压的平方的比值，用分贝表示，声压是由一个标准的频率加权获得。（峰值发射声压级通常指A加权值，用LpA表示）
3.68 voice toy
语音玩具
toy clearly designed to emit sound by electronically amplifying or distorting the voice and where the output sound level depends on the input sound level of the voice NOTE Examples of voice toys could include telephones, walkie-talkies, voice recording toys, sing-along microphones and electronic bull horns (toy megaphones).
玩具设计为通过电子放大或扭曲语音发出声音，玩具声音输出的大小取决于录入的语音大小。（例如：电话、对讲机等）
3.69 wind toy
吹奏玩具
toy clearly designed to emit sound when actuated by the blowing action of the child or another person NOTE Examples of wind toys include toy trumpets and toy whistles.
玩具设计为孩子或其他人吹气使其运转发出声音。（例如：玩具喇叭、玩具口哨等）
The new standard modifies the requirements for acoustics by dividing sound emitting toys into 3 exposure categories in different usage styles. Different limits of emission sound pressure level apply on different categories. The new limits of emission sound pressure level and the 3 exposure categories are summarized below.
新标准修订了声响玩具的要求，按照玩具的不同使用类型将声响玩具分为3种暴露类别。不同类别的发射声压级限值不同。新的声压级限值及3种类别的定义归纳如下：
